Being in compliance with the Holiday House Rules is a basic requirement. Failure to comply with the points detailed below could result in a penalty, such as loss or reduction of the amount paid as security deposit.

General requirements

  • Will be charged 35€ for the services of cleaning
  • In August, only weekly reservations are accepted
  • All guests (and any other visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions of the Property Administrator during their stay
  • Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the Property
  • We ask that you leave clean dishes and plates upon your departure

Noise and neighborhood

  • This house is suitable for children
  • Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as for any behavior that may inconvenience other residents of the Neighborhood
  • Guests and Visitors should minimize noise so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during night hours (11:00 pm – 8:00 am)
  • Excessive noise is prohibited at any time and may result in termination of the lease, eviction, loss of the amount paid for rent, and an extra charge deducted from the amount paid as security deposit
  • Guests and Visitors should avoid any kind of disrespectful behavior and minimize their immediate impact on local residents

Visitors

  • Any overnight stays for Visitors must be pre-approved during the booking process and are subject to additional charges as indicated in the final price

Waste and recycling

  • Guests will be responsible for Waste and Recycling in accordance with customary practices should use the appropriate containers and not leave excess in common or public areas

Security

  • Whenever Guests leave the Holiday Home, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked in order to ensure the safety of the property and prevent rainwater damage
  • Guests should turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and appliances such as television when these are not in use, in favor of saving energy
  • Climbing the outside staircase  to the apartment is prohibited because it leads to an area reserved for the owners for maintenance purposes only. Guests must supervise infants and children at all times
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment

Damage and breakage

  • All damages and breakages should be reported immediately to the Owner
  • To avoid damage and breakage, furniture should not be moved from one room to another without prior permission
  • Do not throw anything into the Water that can clog the pipes (hair, tampons, cotton…)
  • Pay attention to the kitchen table: it is made of glass, do not place heavy objects on it nor try to move it it could  break. While for the kitchen countertop, it is forbidden to directly lay objects or hot pots and pans. You can use the special under-pans we have provided

Check out

  • At the time of your departure if you need my help you can contact me at the numbers on the page contacts, otherwise you can leave the apartment taking care to leave the keys on the table and notify me of your departure. In case  the keys are lost you will be charged a penalty of €35.00.
